Turning Pain into Purpose

 “I’m doing everything right… so why don’t I feel better?”


If you’ve ever asked yourself that question, I get it — because I’ve been there, too.

For a long time, I was checking all the boxes: eating healthy, staying active, following all the wellness advice. 

But underneath it all, I felt like I was running on autopilot — tired, stretched thin, and unsure why my efforts weren’t translating into real energy, peace, or progress

​

I wasn’t in a crisis, but I wasn’t thriving either. And I didn’t realize just how disconnected I was from my own body until I finally slowed down and started listening.


The shift started when I stopped striving for perfection and started paying attention to what actually made me feel calm, clear, and energized

​

Losing my hair to alopecia was the reset that led me deeper into exploring the root causes of my health concerns. Along the way, I faced my own doubts: Is this just how it is now? Am I doing something wrong? 

 

But I kept going, guided by a strong “why”: to feel like myself again — and to help other women do the same. 

​

Over the past five years, I’ve combined hands-on experience, functional nutrition training, and coaching skills to create a step-by-step model that makes lasting change feel approachable, not overwhelming.


Now, I help midlife women finally break free from frustration and confusion around their health. 

Together, we focus on tuning in to their unique bodies and mindset so they can make simple, lasting lifestyle changes that actually fit their lives

Using my GPS coaching model, I guide them to build confidence, create consistency, and feel more balanced, energized, and in control of their wellness.

Many of the women I work with see real results in just 3–6 months — not from a quick fix, but from finally having the right plan, support, and understanding.
