New Practice, New Possibilities: Say YES to Yourself



I have exciting news to share—I’ve officially opened the doors to my in-person coaching practice! That’s right, real chairs, real tea, and real conversations. But wait- there’s a zoom option as well! And even better: I’m now accepting new clients for my updated 3-month coaching program designed specifically for women navigating midlife changes like weight gain, mood swings, and menopausal mayhem.


This isn’t your average wellness program.


It’s not about chasing perfection or cutting out every joy in life (yes, dark chocolate and coffee are still invited). This is about you—your health, your goals, and your future.

When women say “yes” to themselves, amazing things start to happen. Energy returns. Confidence builds. Clothes fit differently. Sleep improves. That little spark that’s been missing? It comes back.


I see it all the time.

In my coaching, I use a simple model I call GPS:

  • G: Get clear on your Goal

  • P: Plan your path

  • S: Steer and Shift as needed


Let me give you an example:

Meet Lisa. She’s 49, smack in the middle of midlife. Between work, teenagers, and trying to remember if she actually did take the laundry out of the washer, she’s running on fumes. Her main goal? To sleep through the night and not wake up feeling like she wrestled a bear. She's tired, cranky, and doesn’t feel like herself anymore.

We started by getting super clear on what feeling better actually looks like for her. Then we mapped out a realistic plan—looking at nutrition, bedtime routines, stress triggers, and the ever-fun hormonal shifts. We made small, manageable changes. Along the way, we checked in, made tweaks, and celebrated every win (even the “I didn’t yell at anyone this morning” ones). Today, Lisa’s sleeping better, feeling more even-keeled, and—best part—has the energy to be present with her family again. She even signed up for a Saturday morning yoga class!
