I’m so excited to launch my new website and share this series “Next Steps to a Healthier You!” This series is about what we can control when it comes to our health and wellness. I’ve met so many people who can’t sleep, are stressed, have digestive issues, experience pain that keeps them from being mobile, and just aren’t in the state of health that they would like. My goal is to help you find your path to the best version of yourself through the factors you can control.

In this series you’ll learn about how sleep and relaxation impact your overall health.
You’ll learn about the importance of quality and quantity when it comes to nutrition and the importance of hydration. You’ll also explore the best types of exercise and movement for your body. You’ll learn about types of stress and how to build resilience. Lastly, we’ll focus on the health benefits of having strong relationships.
Have you heard of the concept of One Degree of Change?
If you are in a boat on the ocean and you change your direction by just one degree you will end up in a totally different destination. That applies to our lives as well. By making just small changes we can change our destination drastically. If you keep doing the same things you’ve been doing you will stay on the same path. If you make just one small change (for the better hopefully!) your outcome will be different. Maybe a loss of weight, maybe a reduction in pain, maybe better mood or maybe even fewer symptoms.
