Your Individualized Health Plan (Because One Size Never Fits All)

If you’ve ever tried to follow a one-size-fits-all health plan and felt like something was missing—you’re not alone.

We all have different bodies, goals, lifestyles, and challenges. What works for your best friend, coworker, or even your sister might not work for you—and that’s okay. That’s why I created a 3-phase coaching program built around you.

I Call It the GPS Model:

  • G: Get clear on your Goal What do you want? More energy? Better sleep? Fewer hot flashes? A calmer mind? A smaller pants size? All of the above? We start by getting crystal clear on what you want for your health and life.

  • P: Plan your path Once your goal is set, we work together to create a realistic, sustainable plan that fits into your real life (not someone else’s). No extreme diets, no bootcamp pressure—just habits that actually work for you.

  • S: Steer and Shift as needed Life changes—and so do you. That’s why we keep checking in, reviewing your progress, and making adjustments as needed. There’s no “failing” here, only learning and course-correcting.

Where It All Began…

Before I became a health coach, I spent years working as an educator on what schools called the “Child Study Team.” We held meetings to develop individualized plans for students—plans that actually fit their unique needs. What worked for one child didn’t always work for another, so we put our heads together, included parents, and often brought the student into the conversation too. Watching those plans come to life—and evolve—was one of my favorite parts of teaching.

That’s the same energy I bring to my health coaching practice.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a plan—you’re getting a partnership. I listen. We collaborate. And we build something that works for you.

Real Women, Real Results

Here are just a few examples of what’s possible:

  • Diana, 52, came to me struggling with menopausal weight gain and mood swings. She wanted to feel in control again. After 3 months, she’s sleeping better, has lost 12 pounds, and told me, “I finally feel like myself again.”

  • Michelle, 44, was overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. We focused on one shift at a time—hydration, protein balance, sleep routines. She’s now waking up with more energy and no longer crashing at 3pm.

  • Sandy, 60, didn’t think she needed “coaching,” but after our first call, she realized how powerful it was to have someone really listen. We worked on stress and inflammation, and her joint pain has significantly decreased.

These women didn’t need to do everything—they just needed the right steps for them.
