Do Something Bold and Brave

This week, I was featured in Bold Journey Magazine, and it was a first for me.

The questions they asked gave me the opportunity to pause, reflect on my personal growth journey, and think about where I’m headed next. Reflection is something I regularly guide my clients through as a health coach, and it’s also a practice I commit to myself through quarterly reflection and planning.

But this experience felt different.

This time, I was sharing my story.

Putting myself out there in this way required courage. It meant being visible, honest, and willing to step outside my comfort zone. Over the past few months, I’ve had several opportunities to share more of my journey, and each one has reminded me that growth often comes from doing something bold and brave.

As women, especially in midlife, we often encourage others to reflect, dream, and take action while quietly holding ourselves back. This experience was a reminder that the same tools we use to support others can help us move forward too.

This week, I invite you to read my story in Bold Journey Magazine and reflect on your own journey.

Ask yourself:

  • Where am I being called to reflect right now?

  • What’s one bold or brave step I’ve been avoiding?

It doesn’t have to be dramatic. Sometimes the bravest steps are small, intentional choices that move us closer to alignment, confidence, and growth.
