Whether we’ve worked together before or this is our first time connecting, I want to welcome you! I’m Maryann, and I help women like you make small, simple shifts in their lifestyle that lead to better health—without the overwhelm.


We’ve all been there. Life is busy, right? Between raising kids, caring for elderly parents, working full-time, running the household, and everything else in between, it’s easy to lose track of ourselves. Then one day, you wake up feeling tired, stressed, or run down. Maybe you’re wondering, “How did I get here?”


I get it. And I’m here to remind you that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be another item on your endless to-do list. It’s about making your health a priority in small ways that fit naturally into your day—so you can feel better and have more energy to care for the people you love.


I’m all about starting with small shifts. Things like drinking a bit more water, taking two minutes to breathe when you walk in the door, or squeezing in a brisk walk at lunchtime. These simple changes, done consistently, can lead to big results. And I’m here to help guide you with ideas, tools, and support every step of the way.


Think of me as your filter. I gather all the wellness info, and we’ll focus on what works best for you. No pressure to do everything—just pick what resonates and start there. 


I’ve got some exciting things planned—pop-up Zoom sessions, consultations, workshops, challenges, courses, and some unique coaching opportunities. You can take part in as little or as much as you like. I’m here for you, for your health, and to add some fun to the journey.
